Looking for Volunteers
The International Young Physicists’ Tournament is made possible by the dedication of volunteers from the SYPT as well as its global community. Volunteering at IYPT is a unique opportunity to support the international scientific event, gain valuable experience and connect with students, academics, and organizers from around the world. Below you’ll find details on what's expected and how to apply.

Volunteers are required to be available from the morning of Saturday, July 4th, the day before the tournament starts, and depart together with the other participants on Sunday, July 12th.
Possible volunteering roles include assisting with tournament and event setup, acting as guides for the teams, and serving as fight assistants during Physics Fights. And you are of course invited to join the participants for the opening and farewell party as well as to watch your favorite teams compete in the Physics Fights.
Meals will be provided for the duration of the whole tournament. Accommodation and travel to Zurich is not covered.
